Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Recognize multi-line opportunities and act upon. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous State Farm experience preferred.
