Cybersecurity Team Lead The Opportunity: Everyone knows security
needs to be "baked in" to a system architecture-you actually know
how to bake it in. You can identify and implement ways to harden

for an seasoned Cybersecurity Lead who can create solutions for our
clients that will withstand even the most advanced cyber threats.
As a Cybersecurity Team Lead at Booz Allen, you'll interpret
technical requirements, analyze mission requirements, and lead the
delivery of effective technical solutions to Cybersecurity
challenges on Enterprise government networks. You'll coordinate
work with government officials, cyber professionals, and technical
domain experts to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to
translate your customer's IT needs and goals into a plan that will
enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the
best solutions, so you'll advise on new techniques, break free from
the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. You'll guide
the team through a critical approach to network design, providing
alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of
security and mission needs. This is a chance to lead a team to make
a difference in the security of mission critical systems. You'll
oversee efforts to help customers overcome their most difficult
challenges by integrating secure practices like integrating secure
practices across their Enterprise systems. You'll broaden your
skillset into areas like integrating and using the latest cyber
security tools and practices while building peace of mind in a
critical infrastructure. As a technical leader, you'll identify new
opportunities to use cybersecurity solutions to help your customers

Have:
- 8+ years of experience leading teams in the integration of SIEM
utilities in a geographically separated enterprise environment
- 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Environments, including
multiple layered VPNs
- 4+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture and
designing security solution integrations, including SIEM
- 4+ years of experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux
environment
- Experience organizing, leading, and executing delivery,
including assisting project managers and leading technical
communications with executives
- Ability to configure, deploy, and implement Elastic on AWS or
On Premises in an enterprise environment
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Enterprise Cloud, including IL4, IL-5, and
IL-6, and traditional classified networks, including SIPRnet and
JWICs
- Experience in scripting with Python or Bash
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL, and Regular
Expressions
- Experience working with ServiceNow or other workflow management
capabilities to automate Incident Response Workflows
- Experience with NIST Special Publications relating to RMF,
Incident Response, Forensics, and System Engineering
- Experience working with Terraform, AWS, CI/CD and IaC
- Knowledge of DoD 8570 IAT-II or III Certification, such as
Security+, CySA+, or GSEC
- Possession of excellent oral, written, and presentation
communications skill
- Top Secret clearance
- Elastic or Architecture certifications Clearance: Applicants

various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual's particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will
close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Work Model
