We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team!Registrar Corp is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Global Controller to join our team! As a pivotal member of our finance team, you will oversee our finance operations, guiding a team of dedicated accounting professionals, and spearheading strategic initiatives to ensure our company's continued success amid our growth and expansion.As Global Controller, you'll oversee our legal identities in Germany and China, and provide continued support with M&A activities for future expansion. Experience in supporting international identities with unique accounting and local requirements, including management of accounting resources, while ensuring tax compliance, is essential for this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP system integration and optimization, leveraging this knowledge to streamline processes and maximize efficiency across the finance function.If you are a methodical and systematic Global Controller with a proven track record in accounting, finance, and team management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectivesCollaborate with department heads under the direction of the CFO to develop and implement budgets and departmental reporting, including business unit level reporting, monthly budget versus actuals, etc.Identify areas for increased efficiency and collaborate with internal teams to automate and streamline processesLead integration of accounting and finance functions during M&A activities, including coordination of valuation engagements, purchase price allocations, and associated accounting practices.Train and mentor finance team members to ensure high level of competency and efficiencyOversee the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, and tax returns, ensuring accuracy and regulatory complianceManage lender reporting requirements, including the preparation of quarterly compliance certificates, monitoring debt covenants, and related tasksPrepare and coordinate external audits and manage other professional engagements including i) annual financial statement audit, ii) corporate taxes, iii) annual R&D tax credit study, iv) other F&A professional engagements as needed.Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to the executive teamMange the AP, AR, Cash management, and payroll departments and functionsQualifications:7-10+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacityCertified Public Accountant (CPA) preferredExtensive experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, etc), including implementation and integration projects; direct experience with system conversion preferredStrong understanding of international accounting principles and experience managing and consolidating international subsidiariesExperience in a high-volume transaction (i.e., e-commerce) environment preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersProven track record of building and developing teams, driving process improvement initiatives, and delivering results in a fast-paced, growth environmentDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisionsBenefits:Paid time-off and holiday payHybrid Flexibility; Need to be able to travel frequently to our headquarters in Hampton, VAMedical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company matchFun, collaborative work environmentRegistrar Corp currently supports the long-term work of team members in the following US states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.Registrar Corp is not affiliated with the U.S. FDA.by Jobble
