Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer needs
Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer authorization Maintain
clear, consistent communication throughout the repair process
Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle history and
manufacturer guidelines Handle phone calls, scheduling, and service
reminders Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term
relationships Process payments, invoices, and service documentation
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive service writing or customer
service preferred Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of automotive systems (training available)
Comfortable using shop management software ( Tekmetric, etc.)
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong attention to
detail Valid drivers license with clean driving record What We
