In this role, you will assist with various landscaping tasks, including the installation and maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs, lawn care, and general outdoor beautification efforts. Our ideal candidates are passionate about working outdoors, willing to contribute to team efforts, and eager to learn more about the landscaping industry. Responsibilities Assist in planting, cultivating, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers Perform lawn care duties including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control Help with landscape design installations under the direction of supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
