seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Janitorial Equipment
Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be
responsible for maintaining and repairing various janitorial
equipment, ensuring that all tools and machines are operating
efficiently for our clients' cleaning operations. If you have a
strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy problem-solving, we want to
hear from you! Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair
janitorial equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, and
carpet extractors. Diagnose equipment issues and implement
effective solutions. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure
optimal performance of equipment. Keep detailed records of
maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide exceptional
customer service when interacting with clients and address any
equipment-related concerns. Adhere to all safety protocols and
guidelines while working with equipment. Assist with training staff
on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in
maintenance or repair is preferred. Proven experience as a
janitorial equipment technician or in a similar role. Strong
mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift heavy
equipment and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent
communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a
strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively.
