Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by building
strong relationships with clients and customers. Assist in managing
customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer
satisfaction. Support the development and execution of marketing
campaigns tailored to our clients' needs. Work closely with the
marketing and management teams to drive sales and customer
retention. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities
for market growth and improvement. Participate in daily training
and development sessions to enhance personal and professional
skills. Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and
strategy development initiatives. Maintain professionalism in all
customer and client interactions, both in-person and over the
phone. Handle various administrative duties related to customer
service and sales activities. Grow within the company by
demonstrating leadership, initiative, and the ability to deliver
results.
