Leasing Consultant Full-time Chester, VA Salary: $18-20 per hour

Leasing Consultant! We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant
with prior leasing experience for a 458-unit residential apartment
community located in Chester, VA (Rivermont Crossing). Key
Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service Maintain a
professional demeanor Marketing/ Outreach Lease apartments Property
tours Resident retention Renewing contracts Data entry Assisting
with day-to-day operations Answering phone/ emails We are looking
for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing
skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of
excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening
building events. Yardi experience is preferred. Donaldson knows
