Job Description:
Andy Frain Services, a leader in security solutions, is seeking
dedicated Crowd Control Officers to join our team in the aviation
and events sectors. The role is vital in maintaining order,
ensuring the safety of patrons, staff, and property, and managing
the flow of crowds at various high-profile events and venues. This
position requires vigilance, a commanding presence, and the ability
to quickly resolve conflicts in a calm and effective manner. Crowd
Control Officers will work closely with law enforcement and other
security professionals to implement security measures and respond
to emergencies, upholding our commitment to providing a high level
of security and customer service. Monitor and manage the crowd at
events to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies
Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel to
coordinate and implement security protocols Respond promptly to
incidents and emergencies, providing first-line conflict resolution
and escalation Conduct regular security checks and crowd
assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats Assist in
the planning and execution of emergency response drills and safety
procedures Provide customer service by assisting patrons and
responding to inquiries and concerns Prepare detailed reports on
incidents and security breaches Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to remain calm and authoritative in
high-stress situations Proficient in conflict resolution and crowd
management techniques. Capability to operate security devices and
systems Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
