Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

with expertise in special education and autism support. Serving a
K-12 school in Murfreesboro, TN, this full-time contract position
focuses on elementary caseloads, specifically grades K-5. The role
involves delivering quality education to students with urban
backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning
environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement
individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special
needs Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student
growth and development Utilize specialized strategies to meet the
unique needs of students with autism and other disabilities
Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with
school and state regulations Participate in team meetings and
professional development activities Qualifications: Valid Tennessee
teaching license or eligibility to obtain one Experience working
with K-5 special education students, preferably in urban school
settings Strong knowledge of strategies for students on the autism
spectrum Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment
Location: Murfreesboro, Tennessee (K-12 School) Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Contract
duration through the current school year with an ASAP start date
