Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This 1099
contract role offers an opportunity to provide specialized
speech-language pathology services in a virtual, school-based
environment. You will support elementary and middle school students
in need of pediatric SLP care throughout the second semester, with
the potential for contract renewal annually. The position allows
flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules, requiring a
minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Responsibilities: Deliver
virtual speech-language pathology services to K-8 students Manage a
caseload of approximately 50 students focusing on pediatric speech
and language development Collaborate with educators and parents to
create and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct
assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance
with educational regulations Participate in virtual meetings and
professional development opportunities as needed Qualifications:
Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in
elementary and middle school settings Proficiency in delivering
teletherapy services and using remote learning tools Strong
communication and organizational skills Ability to work
independently within a virtual platform Location:This is a remote
position serving schools in the Chesapeake, VA area, supporting
students virtually from anywhere. Contract Details: 1099-based
contract (no benefits) Second semester commitment with option for
renewal Flexible hours with a minimum of 20 hours per week This
