Why join us? 70K - 90K 1st shift Managing a team of 7 Techs Medical, Dental, and Vision Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join our ever-growing Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and ensuring that all equipment and machinery are functioning at optimal levels. This role involves a high level of responsibility and requires a professional with a strong mechanical and electrical background. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance department. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Manage maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain a thorough knowledge of new technology, equipment, and systems to improve industrial processes. Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, and USDA regulations and standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues. Repair any mechanical or electrical system malfunctions. Handle 480 electrical systems and any other related tasks. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency in handling 480 electrical systems. Familiarity with HACCP, FDA, and USDA regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field is preferred.
