professional in the field of sourcing management with a specialty
in capital projects? Do you have a background in the manufacturing
or construction industry and a passion for driving strategic

you. We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Sourcing
Manager - Capital Projects to join our dynamic team. This role
offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our
company's bottom line and to be part of a fast-paced,
results-driven environment. Responsibilities: 1. Developing and
implementing sourcing strategies for capital projects, ensuring
alignment with overall business objectives. 2. Managing the entire
procurement process, from identifying potential suppliers to
negotiating contracts and managing relationships. 3. Collaborating
with project teams to understand their requirements and ensure the
sourcing strategy meets their needs. 4. Evaluating suppliers based
on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and selection
criteria. 5. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to achieve the
best terms and conditions. 6. Utilizing SAP (S4/HANA) to manage
sourcing activities and provide visibility into the procurement
process. 7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and
developments in the capital sourcing space and leveraging this
knowledge to drive continuous improvement. 8. Executing capital
projects and national agreements in compliance with federal and
state regulations. Qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's degree in supply
chain management, business administration, engineering, or a
related field. 2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in capital
sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a
capital-intensive industry. 3. Proven experience with federal and
state capital projects sourcing. 4. Strong supplier evaluation,
negotiation, and contract negotiation and management skills. 5.
Familiarity in SAP and Tableau / DOMO analytics interfaces is a
plus. 6. A deep understanding of the capital sourcing space and OEM
and national vendor landscape. 7. Excellent communication,
negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 8. Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 9.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
