Job Description Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for Electrical Assemblers to join their team in Hanover, MD. The Assembler will assist in mechanical and electrical engineering qualification designs, work and re-work instructions, engineering tooling design, engineering testing with testing instruments and equipment, support sea operations by mobilizing and de-mobilizing sensor systems. They will also perform coarse and fine adjustments requiring the use of hand tools, precision measuring devices and other specialized equipment including, but not limited to vacuum equipment, digital indicators, optical microscopes, height gages, Vernier gages, micrometers, and electronic testing fixtures. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3 years of experience as an Electrical Assembler Circuit Card Assembly and Soldering experience Crimping tools and Assembly Torque Tool and Calibrated Tool Use Experience Certified IPC Specialist to IPC J-STD-001 Compensation: $31/hr to $36/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
