Job Description Job Description Crimper / Production Worker – Full-Time Now hiring Production Workers to operate crimping equipment and assemble polymer insulators. No certification required — if you have hands?on mechanical skills, assembly experience, or have worked with tools, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable manufacturing career. ? What You’ll Do Assemble parts and components on a production line Use hydraulic or pneumatic crimping tools (training provided) Follow simple pressure and measurement guidelines for each crimp Inspect parts for correct fit, alignment, and quality Assist with molding, curing, and general production tasks Use basic measurement tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers) Keep your area clean, organized, and safe Report any issues to your supervisor and support team goals ? What We’re Looking For Experience with hand tools or power tools Mechanical aptitude — comfortable working with equipment Production, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards Reliable, safety?minded, and able to work in a fast?paced environment ? Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with crimpers (manual, hydraulic, or pneumatic) Familiarity with torque tools or measurement tools Machine operation or material handling experience ? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
