Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on
electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards
are met. The successful candidate will work closely with
engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test
procedures, and maintain test equipment. What You Will Do Conduct
functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical
systems. Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies.
Document test procedures and results accurately. Collaborate with
engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain and
calibrate test equipment. Generate reports on test status, issues,
and actions. Qualifications You Must Have HS Diploma or AA/AS
degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum
of 4 years of relevant experience Minimum of 4 years of relevant
experience in a testing environment U.S. citizenship is required,
as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under
this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer Experience
producing presentations of status, issues, and actions. Experience
reading technical drawings and schematics. Experience with Lean
Manufacturing principles. Experience in troubleshooting electronic
systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test

this role. Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will
work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our
products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring

remote. The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when
extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role,
function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under
these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual
performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s
performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful
candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay
structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
