Sentara Medical Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner with 3-5 years' recent experience in--Pain Management--as a licensed provider managing complex patients with chronic pain to join their innovative team in--Hampton, VA.--Life on the peninsula of Virginia offers breathtaking views and water sport activities along the York and James River waterways. • Outpatient-only, office-based
• Monday-Friday
• No procedures
• Follow-ups, medication management, and intakes
• Prior medication management and interventional pain management experience required
• 3-5 years recent experience in Pain Management required
