Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Manager (TIME)
Implementation Consultant (ADPTM).
Key Responsibilities
Manage all module phases, including initiation, planning,
execution, monitoring, control, and closure
Create project plans with deliverables, activities, timelines, and
budgets
Ensure milestones are met through oversight of project/module
vehicles and resource coordination
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with ADP time products, specifically
Workforce Manager or UKG Dimensions, and a 4-year college degree or
equivalent experience
Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly proficiency in
Excel
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
Proven accountability for results, both individually and as part of
a team
Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
