Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of data scientists and AI engineers to
develop AI-powered features
Execute a roadmap for enhancing patient experience through AI
solutions like chatbots and automated workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready
AI applications
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1 year focused on
generative AI technologies
2+ years of management experience in AI/ML engineering or data
science
Deep understanding of AI best practices, including prompt
engineering and LLMs
Proven ability to apply AI techniques to achieve business outcomes
in healthcare
Expertise in Python programming
