A company is looking for a National Organizing Director,
Campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee a national organizing strategy to build
youth-driven climate power
Lead execution of strategic national organizing plans and manage
state field teams
Implement volunteer leadership models and oversee training programs
for grassroots organizing
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in grassroots organizing and field
management
Extensive experience in electoral engagement and climate policy
advocacy
Strong understanding of national and state elections and
legislative processes
Demonstrated success in managing diverse field teams and complex
campaigns
Deep knowledge of clean energy policy and climate justice
advocacy
