A company is looking for a Lead Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the contract management team for large-scale transmission and
substation projects
Develop and implement contract tracking tools to enhance project
performance visibility
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with
project scope, budget, and schedule
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in contract management within large-scale
utility, energy, or infrastructure projects
Proven leadership experience managing teams in high-stakes
environments
Deep understanding of EPC and E/PC contract structures and risk
allocation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction
Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proficiency in contract management software and financial tracking
tools
