Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sponsor
Success.
Key Responsibilities
Builds and fosters relationships with pharma, biotech, and life
science sponsors
Manages daily coordination of solutions to support clinical
trials
Drives operational roll-out of trial implementation, including
project management and reporting success metrics
Required Qualifications
6+ years in a client-facing customer success role within a SaaS or
PaaS, preferably in health tech or clinical industry
Proven ability to maintain relationships with Enterprise-level
client stakeholders
Experience in onboarding new customers and executing customer
success programs
Willingness to take on leadership and management
responsibilities
Passion for improving healthcare and a desire to work in a startup
environment
