Position SummaryLangley Federal Credit Union is in search of an
inspiring and visionary leader to serve as its President/Chief
Executive Officer. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors,
this dynamic executive will provide strategic direction and overall
leadership, driving business growth, financial stability, and
enhanced member satisfaction. The successful candidate will
spearhead initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and
vision, establish and achieve both short- and long-term goals, and
ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and state
and federal regulations. Additionally, the President/CEO will
foster an inclusive, collaborative, member-centric culture, build
consensus among stakeholders, and represent the credit union to its
members, community, and industry peers to strengthen its reputation
and market presence. The ideal candidate must be committed to
maintaining a strong organizational culture, as Langley is proud to
rank in the 92nd percentile for employee engagement among
Gallup-surveyed companies. This individual should possess a proven
track record in effective leadership, leadership development,
strategic planning, and operational management, along with
exceptional communication skills and the ability to unite diverse
teams toward organizational success. Preferred candidates will hold
a bachelor's degree (advanced degrees/certifications are desirable)
and have a minimum of fifteen years of executive experience within
