Remote Tele-Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Licensed
Psychologist) -Small private practice of solo practitioners -are

Must have a Virginia LicenseFull-time
or Part-time (minimum 10 hours a week)If you are a licensed
Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with a passion for delivering

clients.Responsibilities for Psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs:
-Conduct clinical assessments and
reassessments to accurately diagnose clients' mental health needs
and develop appropriate treatment plans.Create comprehensive
Treatment Plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and
expected outcomes.Conduct virtual therapy sessions with empathy and
expertise, leveraging your advanced clinical skills to guide
clients on their journey toward improved mental well-being.Utilize
evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to address
a diverse range of mental health concerns and provide effective
support.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health
professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic client
care.Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity, adapting your
approach to meet the unique needs of each client, taking into
consideration their background and experiences.Maintain accurate
and detailed client session notes, documenting progress, insights,
and any changes in the treatment approach.Hiring Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited
Master's or Doctorate level clinical therapy programPossess a clear
and active unencumbered LCP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the
state of Virginia.A minimum of two years of clinical
experienceReliable internet connection and a private, confidential
space for conducting sessions.Proficient computer and basic
technology skills to effectively navigate our telehealth platform
and maintain electronic client records.Self-motivated and
independent clinicians who excel at building a strong rapport with
clients, and fostering a trusting and therapeutic
relationship.Compensation:
The employment type is a 1099
Contractor (Independent Contractor)Practice helps you build your
client base, provides referrals -and works with you on a 60/40
