Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Team Leader for Skilled Nursing, prehab, and rehab.We have an immediate opening for:Full Time Nights (7pm - 7am)PRN (As needed)The schedule is 3 days one week, 4 days the next with an every other weekend rotation for all Full-Time positions.What will I do?Our LPN Team Leader plans and coordinates clinical resident care and oversees certified nursing assistants. Encourages and manages engagement with team members, residents and family members.
