$3,606 to $3,700 per week About The Position RN First Assist (RNFA)
Location: Norfolk, VA Schedule: 4 weekdays/week (40 hrs) Rotating
call: Weekdays (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM) Weekends (Fri–Sun) Requirements:
RNFA Program Graduate (AORN-accredited) Certs: CNOR, PALS –
Required Experience: 3 years in perioperative setting 2 years
pediatric OR experience – Required 1 year cardiothoracic OR
experience – Preferred Must be able to scrub and circulate Role
Summary: The RNFA collaborates with the surgical team to ensure
safe and effective surgical care. Functions in an expanded nursing
role per AORN standards, providing direct assistance during
