Facility A Busy Hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum
tenens coverage. About the Facility Location The facility is
located in Onancock, VA. About the Clinician's Workday Cases
include General, Urology, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, OB, and Endo.
Shifts run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with beeper
call coverage from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. Coverage is scheduled one week
on (Monday-Sunday) with the same MD covering both day shift and
call. Overtime is available. Call is beeper-based with a 30-minute
call-back radius. The EMR system is Epic. Daily volume is light,
with approximately 10-20 cases per day across three anesthetizing
locations (two ORs and one NORA). The staffing model follows a 3:1
MD-to-CRNA medical direction ratio. Car rental or mileage stipend
is $250 per week, and lodging or housing stipend is $131 per day.
Credentialing takes a minimum of 90 days. Additional Job Details -
