Glaucoma and cataract mix, with patients waiting to be seen due to
an upcoming retirement. Predictable Call: Clinic-only call on a
light 1:5 rotation, with no hospital obligations Flexible Schedule:
Choose between a 4, 4.5, or 5-day workweek to fit your ideal
work-life balance Generous Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of
$400K-$475K, with net collections sharing for earning potential of
$600K-$700K ; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided Who
You Are Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
Fellowship training in glaucoma is welcome but not required Strong
surgical skills and the ability to handle a busy patient panel
