In this role, you will oversee the daily clinical activities and support the management of our medical facilities, ensuring effective service delivery that meets the health needs of our senior patients. This position requires adept leadership skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and deep knowledge of healthcare operations. Supervise clinical staff and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for senior care. Develop and implement clinical workflows and processes for optimal patient care. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient service. Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and safety measures. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff. Evaluate clinical practices and recommend improvements based on latest healthcare trends. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare management systems and software Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in healthcare Ability to handle high-stress situations and make informed decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, PA) is preferred.
