(Au.D.), active Audiolist license and 1 years Audiologist
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school district in
the Virginia Beach area is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join
their team on a contract basis from ASAP through June 16, 2026.
This itinerant position offers the unique opportunity to develop
and lead the districts audiology program, which services students
across multiple schools. Responsibilities: - Conduct hearing exams
and audiological assessments at various school locations within the
district - Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare
professionals to support student hearing needs - Develop and
implement audiology services and protocols tailored to the K-12
student population - Manage caseload and maintain accurate records
of student progress and treatment - Travel regularly to assigned
schools to deliver comprehensive audiology services Qualifications:
- PhD in Audiology required - Active Audiologist licensure in
Virginia - Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively
manage itinerant caseloads - Ability to work independently and in
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Location and Schedule: -
Position based within the Virginia Beach area with travel to
multiple school sites - Full-time, 37.5 hours per week - Contract
