details. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment -
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - Must have at
least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
Assignment Details - Facility Type: Home Health - Shift: Days -
Days: Monday - Friday - Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Weekends as
needed Location Highlights Suffolk, VA offers a blend of urban and

of the Chesapeake Bay, providing numerous waterfront activities.
