Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy , Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome Experienced Therapists especially Hospice patients Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
