Job Description Job Description About who needs care: Reid is my
brother. He is 79 years old. He will soon be released from skilled
nursing facility doing therapy from hip surgery. Also had a stoke
over a year ago so has no use of left arm. Before the hip fracture,
he was walking with a quad cane. Has a wheel chair and plans to
have hospital bed when he gets home.About the care needs: Reid has
lived alone since 2013. He will need help transferring from bed to
wheel chair in the morning and evening because he cannot stand on
his own. He may also need help transferring from wheel chair to
commode. He would only need minimal meal prep.Services needed
include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
