Occupational Therapist Location: Smithfield, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,626 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience Required License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Certifications: Required certifications to be attached at submission Must-Have: Candidates must have recent home health experience Candidates must comply with specialty experience requirements within the last year Description: Occupational Therapist needed for home health care. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS rate. Candidates must have a history of two years of relevant experience. Locals are welcome to apply at the same rate.
