Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
occupational therapy services in a school setting offers a
rewarding opportunity to support students from kindergarten through
12th grade. This position is based in Parksley, VA, and involves a
contract role within a school environment, beginning with the
2026/2027 school year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational
therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring across
K-12 age groups. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support
staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs). Provide therapeutic strategies to enhance students
participation and independence in school activities. Maintain
accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal
regulations. Qualifications: Active State Occupational Therapist
(OT) License is required. Experience working in school settings
preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively
engage with students and staff. Schedule and Compensation: Minimum
of 30 hours per week. Five days per week aligned with the school
calendar. Competitive pay rate starting at $45 per hour. Benefits
