Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Newport News, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,655 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: COTA - Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: COTA Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in home health License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS BLS PALS Must-Have: Home health experience required Candidates must have charting experience Description: COTA with home health experience is required. Locals are allowed at the same rate. The caseload will consist of 5-6 patients per day. No call is required. Candidates must provide a supervisory reference for submission. All candidates must have specialty experience within the last year. Charting experience is required. Certifications must be provided at the time of submission. Licenses must be in hand or proof of a compact license must be provided. Candidates should keep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for a calendar week off during the assignment.
