Public - G Job Duties - Serve as the liaison between faculty and
staff in developing self-studies for accrediting bodies and
regulatory agencies. - Ensure institutional and programmatic
compliance with accreditation standards and requirements. -
Overseeing the preparation and submission of accreditation reports,
self-studies, and substantive change documentation (modifications,
organizational changes, and program evaluation). - Develop and
update institutional policies and procedures to align with
accrediting standards. - Create and maintain comprehensive records
of accreditation materials and documentation. - Support the
development, implementation, and evaluation of assessment plans for
academic programs and support services when developing new degree
programs and existing program modifications. - Monitor
institutional and program outcomes to ensure alignment with
accreditation standards. - Facilitate initiatives for continuous
improvement, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and
accreditation bodies. - Provide training and guidance to faculty,
staff, and administrators on accreditation processes and
requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to promote a
culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement. -
Coordinate internal audits to assess compliance with accreditation
and regulatory requirements. - Prepare and present detailed reports
on accreditation status and outcomes to leadership and
stakeholders. - Collaborate with academic departments and
administrative units to address accreditation standards. - Serve as
a resource for program review processes and ensure alignment with
institutional goals and strategic plans. - Perform other duties as
assigned. Minimum Qualifications - Thorough understanding of
accreditation standards and processes (regional, national, and
programmatic). - Familiarity with higher education regulatory and
compliance requirements. - Knowledge of assessment and evaluation
methods in higher education. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
accreditation policies, procedures, and changes. - Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in project management and
attention to detail. - Competence in using data management tools
and reporting software. - Ability to interpret complex policies and
regulations and apply them to institutional practices. - Capability
to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams. -
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines. - Commitment to fostering a culture of accountability,
quality, and continuous improvement. Additional Considerations -
Master’s degree with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in
accreditation, compliance, or related areas in higher education. -
Experience in managing accreditation processes and working with
accrediting bodies. - Three to five years of experience in higher
education, program evaluation, data analysis, and knowledge of
institutional accreditation standards. - Strong written and oral
