Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join
their Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist users through a ticketing app by providing clear
instructions and solutions to technical problems
Investigate and analyze tickets to identify resolutions and
determine downstream impacts
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
and document progress
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience providing technical support for an
enterprise SaaS organization
Strong understanding of client/server technology, SSO, JSON, and
AWS
General experience troubleshooting data synchronization across
multiple systems
Driven self-starter with a proven record of multi-tasking
Ability to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST
