Job Description:
A company is looking for an End User Technical Support Analyst
to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 service desk support as the first point of contact
for support calls
Handle vendor contact, data entry, and scheduling for processing
quotes and orders
Deliver end user and operational support for Records Management
services and desktop support
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical support or service desk environments
Familiarity with mobile device support, including Android and iOS
devices
Knowledge of configuration management and service management
systems
Ability to develop user guides and provide training/instruction
Experience with endpoint security and encryption management
