grow! The Opportunity: One of the core elements of an effective
Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program is an internal reporting
hotline and process (called Integrity Matters (“IM”) at Dollar
Tree). This analyst will be responsible for administering the
NAVEX/IM system. Additionally, this analyst will conduct data
analytics within NAVEX/IM, which is critical to identifying and
assessing existing and emerging risks. Further, this position will
be responsible for auditing the quality of data input and
investigations by the various teams that conduct IM investigations.
Lastly, this position will train associates on utilizing NAVEX and
as needed, assist with investigations. Specific responsibilities
include: Administering the IM/NAVEX system (e.g., setting up new
associates, removing departing/former associates, managing
permissions and access rights, assisting with access issues,
communicating and troubleshooting issues with NAVEX, etc.).
Auditing IM cases. The analyst will audit a sample of IM cases each
month and review the quality of the investigation and integrity of
data entered into NAVEX. Training associates who handle IM cases
and utilize the NAVEX system. Performing scheduled and ad-hoc
analytics on IM data. Providing assistance to the Triage team,
which assigns IM cases to various investigative functions.
Attending and assisting with investigative interviews. Serving as
the Company’s liaison for technical enhancements to the IM/NAVEX
software/platform. Developing and maintaining internal reference
tools, guidelines, and training materials to support
cross-functional awareness of compliance responsibilities relating
to IM/NAVEX and investigations. Ensuring that the design,
implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of IM is
focused on NAVEX users’ efficiency and effectiveness. Position
Requirements: 2 years minimum relevant experience Bachelor's
degree. Experience working in a corporate ethics and compliance,
investigations, or internal audit function strongly preferred.
Experience serving as a liaison for technical enhancements to a
software/platform provided by a third party strongly preferred.
Outstanding written communication skills, including experience and
expertise in writing or developing internal protocols or procedures
and training content. Highly effective communicator with strong
personal presence and credibility and the ability to influence,
engage, collaborate, and build trust-based relationships at all
levels and across the organization. Excellent organization and
project-management skills and attention to detail. Strong
decision-making capabilities, even in ambiguous situations; adept
at solving problems and seeing them through to resolution. Humble,
resilient, and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work
autonomously. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment.
