Job Responsibilities: Plan and Communicate Workday HCM and FIN test strategy/plans, test cycles and test progress at each relevant stage Solid understanding of Workday's logic and ability to think-out-side-the-box Ensure testing phase is properly planned and staffed Direct the Workday HCM and FIN testing aligned to the Workday implementation program – with focus on delivering a repeatable test approach, test phases and test workstreams to cohorts of big bang (HCM &FIN) implementation. Direct defect tracking: reporting, documenting and resolving all test defects and appropriate resolution through each test phase – ensuring all documentation / decision logs, test outcomes and test results are captured and appropriately logged. Provide daily coordination and support of all testing related activities and Hold Testers and SIs accountable to the testing plan and expected outcomes. Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and risks for program reviews. Monitor procedures and checklists to ensure that all areas of the testing processes are well defined and functioning Publish test execution, defect summary and daily/weekly status report to all the stakeholders Monitor and report weekly on progress and key testing metrics and Escalate potential issues or concern to the PMO Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred but years of experience considered as well. Position Details: Pay Rate / Range: $50.00- $61.00 The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
