Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective services, is looking for an Installation Technician I to join our Technical & Maintenance team. This role focuses on installing and servicing electronic security systems that play a crucial role in safeguarding assets, employees, and facilities across varied environments. As an installation technician, you will work closely with our clients to ensure that security systems are tailored to meet their specific needs and are functioning optimally. Perform installations and routine servicing of security systems, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire detection systems. Troubleshoot and repair technical issues onsite, providing high-level customer service and support. Conduct site assessments to determine security needs and report recommendations. Work directly with clients to customize security solutions and systems. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, services, and repairs. Ensure compliance with local, federal, and industry regulations at all times. Hands-on experience with electronic security systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Proficiency with hand and power tools Good physical condition, able to work in various environments and climb ladders Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Alarm Technician Level I by the Electronic Security Association (ESA) Any relevant manufacturer-specific certifications for security equipment installation
