Months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project
Management Consultant to manage a portfolio of medium to
large-scale projects. This role requires close collaboration with
business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to
deliver projects using established project management
methodologies. The position follows a hybrid work model , requiring
regular onsite presence to meet with customers and stakeholders and
facilitate in-person meetings as needed. Local candidates are
required. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of medium to
large projects, partnering with business areas to prioritize work
requests using standard project management methodologies
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document
current-state processes, research best practices, and propose
future-state improvements aligned with continuous improvement
initiatives Build and maintain strong working relationships with
technical stakeholders, business partners, and vendors Define and
document business requirements based on identified needs and gaps
in collaboration with SMEs Apply project management best practices
including planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, risk
management, and project closure Develop and manage project
deliverables such as business process flows, business requirements
documents, project plans, test plans, and test scripts Track
project timelines and deliverables, providing regular status
updates to internal and external stakeholders Assist in defining
business metrics to measure and improve process performance
Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly project meetings; document and
distribute meeting notes and action items Identify, manage, and
resolve project issues and conflicts; track resolutions through
completion Analyze and prioritize project risks, assess potential
impacts, and develop mitigation strategies Manage project
communications to leadership, stakeholders, and project teams
Provide direction to project teams, including work assignment,
scheduling, and review of deliverables Identify and resolve scope,
schedule, budget, and quality issues; conduct root cause analysis
and support change management activities Lead lessons-learned
sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and reuse of
best practices Support and enforce standards and methodologies
related to project management, business process development, and
change management Perform additional duties as assigned based on
project and departmental needs Preferred Qualifications PMP
certification or equivalent IT Project Management experience
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Hands-on
experience using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Strong leadership, communication, influence, and interpersonal
skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment Excellent organizational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
tools, including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and
Outlook Strong customer service mindset
