Location: Hybrid (Corolla & Duck, NC) | Reports to: Marketing
Manager The Opportunity: Are you a technical marketer who loves the
"click"? Twiddy & Company is looking for an Email Specialist to
help us bridge the gap between classic coastal hospitality and
cutting-edge digital strategy. This isn't just about sending
newsletters; it's about building data-driven journeys that help
families find their dream vacation on the Outer Banks. If you have
a foundation in HTML/CSS, a knack for SQL, and a desire to master
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we want to invest in your growth. What
You’ll Do Build & Deploy: Own the execution of responsive,
high-performing email campaigns and automated customer journeys.
Segment & Target: Use SQL to slice and dice data, ensuring the
right guest gets the right message at the perfect time. Optimize:
Run A/B tests on everything from subject lines to send times,
turning data into actionable insights. Maintain the Standard: Act
as the brand guardian for all outgoing mail from high-gloss
marketing blasts to essential homeowner updates. Stay Ahead:
Monitor list hygiene and deliverability, keeping us compliant
(CAN-SPAM/GDPR) and ahead of industry trends. Who You Are
Experience: 1–2 years in the email marketing world. Technical:
You’re comfortable coding with HTML/CSS and aren't intimidated by a
SQL query. Analytical: You don't just report numbers; you look for
the "why" behind the "what." Bonus Points: You’ve worked in
Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AMPscript. The Perks Work-Life
