Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Contract Attorney to handle
antitrust and data breach matters.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze claim documents and prepare detailed responses to inquiries
from claimants and counsel
Field complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
Provide best-in-class customer service while receiving training and
oversight from project team members
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent foreign law
degree
Active license in good standing in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction
Litigation experience preferred; class action and/or mass tort
experience is a plus
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel,
Word, and Smartsheets preferred
Flexibility and a customer service approach are essential
