This commitment, infused with integrity and a passion for excellence, has propelled Apogee Engineering into the ranks of an elite small business company, known for unwavering dedication to their client's success, a warm and family-like work environment, and an enthusiasm to providing the right solution at the right time. ***What you will be doing:*** * Assist staff in formulating and articulating AF-level positions to manage AF intelligence/ISR data at the enterprise level. * Assist in staffing and coordinating all USAF/ACC ISR Data Working Group documents, tasks, and actions. * Assist in creating enterprise team membership and ISR Data Working Group community of interest rosters and communication/dissemination plans. * Assist in the development and implementation of ISR Data Working Group Business Rules when conducting in-person or virtual meetings using multiple information throughout the community of interest. * Support ISR Data Working Group staffing actions and related meetings to appropriate Program Management Offices or System Program Offices as tasks mature and technologies are validated for integration into AF enterprises/platforms. * Provide subject matter expertise (SME) and recommend best practices on intelligence/ISR data topics at technical, policy, and training working groups, interchange meetings, and other technical reviews to collaborate with unified CCMDs, USAF MAJCOMs, Government labs, academia, and industry. * Use knowledge of and experience with industry, DoD, and Intel Community (IC) data management, conditioning, and analysis to support organization, training, equipping, fielding, and operation of AF ISR forces. * Develop and apply emerging data management practices and tools from industry, DoD, and the IC to improve AF ISR tradecraft and streamline/automate labor/time-intensive processes. * Support AF, Joint, and DoD development of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytic tools and interfaces. ***Qualifications:*** * Possess a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Management Science, or related disciplines. * Masters degree is desired. * Possess a TS clearance and be SCI eligible by the CCF based on an SSBI. * Possess knowledge of and eight (8) years experience with AF intelligence organizations, programs, operations, and national, airborne, and commercial sensors/data. * Experience providing advice and consultation on National, Joint/DoD, and AF collection programs, policies, systems, and tasks within Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)/Publicly Available Information (PAI), GEOINT, Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), cyber, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) disciplines. * Possess experience supporting intelligence and/or data management working groups/forums and supporting program management of multiple staff activities. * Demonstrated data wrangling skills, such as data integration, preparation, and reshaping. * Experience with Atlassian suite of process and organizational management tools. * Skilled in verbal and written communication techniques to produce professional quality reports; prepare and present briefings; and participate in meetings, working groups, and conferences. * Certification(s) in Project Management and/or Public Sector Data Governance Professional (PSDGP), Certified Data Management Professional, Enterprise Architecture (The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), or Federal Enterprise Architecture Certification Institute Black Belt are highly desired. ***Benefits:*** * Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves. * This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
