Job DescriptionAlion Science and Technology is seeking a talented Requirements Analyst - Electronic Warfare (EW) to join a diverse team to provide technical and programmatic expertise to Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) in support of Electronic Warfare/Electromagnetic Spectrum (EW/EMS) Superiority requirements development. Requirements The Incumbent will be responsible for developing and presenting analyses for EW/EMS programs, concepts and technologies within ACC's Spectrum Superiority Division (ACC/A5L) to directly support requirements generation, documentation, prioritization, coordination, and approval through the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS). Will coordinate analysis and recommendations among key stakeholders as needed to include ACC divisions such as Combat Forces Division (ACC/A5A), Weapon Systems Teams (ACC/A4A) and Advanced Programs Division (ACC/A5/8Z) as well as external stakeholders to include Air Staff andAir Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). Will interface with government counterparts on a regular basis to ensure that decision makers are kept informed of program status and thattechnical solutions meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Provide technical and operational requirements analysis to ACC and AFLCMC in support of Capability Planning, Development Planning, and EW road mapping activities Assist HQ ACC in the management, execution, planning, and programming of designated EW programs and activities Provide program continuity, technical and analytical assistance in the preparation and presentation of background papers, briefings, General Officer (GO) correspondence, and other responses to requests for information (RFI) on EW-related issues to include operational requirements Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and represent HQ ACC on USAF EW issues. Responsible for providing and assisting in the development of requirements documents in support of the JCIDS process. Participate in recurring meetings with program offices and industry to represent ACC interests and warfighter requirements as needed Provide program status, updates and overall performance to senior decision makers as needed Manage ACC support and inputs to a wide variety of efforts from test support, training, logistics, aircraft modifications, fielding and othersQualifications Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Management, Aeronautical Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Relevant experience may be used as a substitute Extensive USAF Electronic Warfare knowledge is required; operational EWO/DSO/WSO/CSO experience desired 15+ years EW experience (operational and/or acquisition) required; experience managing EW programs highly desired Demonstrated experienceor knowledgeinsystems development and requirementswithin the JCIDS process Certification in Requirements Management and Fundamentals of Acquisition will be required within 6 months of hire Significant experience in planning, budgeting, and executing EW programs Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition and systems engineering required to plan, organize, and manage critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment Position is full-time during normal duty hours at Langley AFB. Travel (less than 25%) is required for this positionActive TS/SCI clearance required; SAP experience preferredSecurity Clearance: Top Secret/Sensitive Comp Info
