  • Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Meet or exceed goals set by your team or yourself
  • Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
  • Assist management in executing a world-class sales experience
  • Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.Qualifications
    • Drive and a desire to want to make 6 figures
    • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
    • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
    • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
    • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
    • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
    • Persistent, competitive, and good work ethicRequirements:
      • Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
      • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
      • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
      • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating to price
      • Must have a clean & valid driver's license
      • Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
