Practitioner for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in
Virginia Beach, VA. -The PMHNP is part of a multidisciplinary team
that provides comprehensive mental health care to patients living
with chronic mental illness. - The PMHNP will work in collaboration
with our psychiatrist and registered nurses to diagnose and manage
patients' mental health concerns. - The PMHNP will provide services
in the community and will ride along with another staff member to
provide these services. - -Schedule: 8 hours per week
