serve. INTRODUCTION TO ROLE The HR Administrator is responsible for
providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of
human resources, the recruitment processes, employee benefits
administration, new employee orientation and onboarding, and the
accuracy and maintenance of employee records. The HR Administrator
works closely with other departments to provide customer-focused,
effective HR support to the organization for the achievement of the
organizations goals and objectives. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Provides general administrative support in all areas needed,
such as preparing communication, forms, and reports, arranging
meetings, processing confidential reports and documents (electronic
and hard copy files), and tracking deadlines.
- Prepares documentation for new hires or changes in pay, status,
or benefits.
- Manages sensitive and confidential matters, including employee
relations and organization changes, and protects the security of
information, data, and files.
- Responds to and process various requests from HR, Regional, and
Property teams
- Exercises individual judgment when dealing with potential or
real issues and brings them to the Directors attention.
- Conducts research, gathers data and statistical reports, and
maintains statistical information on various HR areas
- Coordinates training events or programs and recommends
resources as needed.
- Keeps up to date on current issues and matters in the
organization related to the HR field in both federal and local
governments
- Administers and monitors new hire orientation programs
- Maintains updated/current job descriptions.
- Administers and monitors all background checks and other
pre-employment screening.
- Assists in the maintenance of employee directory and company
organization charts.
- Assistance in scheduling and monitoring employee performance
appraisals.
- Maintains logs/records of assigned training and compliance and
updates profiles accordingly
- Backup receptionist and administrative assistant duties as
required.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory
changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent
management, and employment law
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provides regular and reliable attendance WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As our HR Administrator, you will report to the Chief Human
Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources. You will work
closely with the Field Human Resource team and support the Talent
Acquisition Manager and Learning Management Systems Manager. WHAT
YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration,
or related field required.
- 2 years of general administrative assistant experience
- 2 years of HR Administration experience is preferred PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on
a computer or writing. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Some travel to properties may be required. Blue Water is raising
